I love sharing my deep knowledge of the area with my guests, guiding them to discover its traditions, its flavors and the culinary excellence that tell its story. Every corner, every dish, every local product has its own narrative, a deep connection with the people who produce it and with the land that generates it. For me, accompanying guests on this sensorial journey is a true passion that allows me to convey the love for my land and its gastronomic culture.
In recent years, I have decided to invest further in my professional growth, obtaining a higher technical qualification for the promotion of food and wine goods. This path has allowed me to acquire specialist skills also in the field of valorisation of typical products. Thanks to this training, I am able to offer my guests even more complete and enriching experiences, telling them not only about the taste, but also the history and culture behind every dish, every wine, every ingredient that represents our gastronomic tradition.
