A Cooking Class with Chef Roberta! She, like myself, has a period of living abroad behind her (China). Since her return after Covid she has worked in various restaurants and events in Apulia. During her immersive cooking classes she reveals many of the teachings passed on by her grandmother and mother.
It is quite amazing to experience her talent for finding regional products and to witness all the secrets and tastes from her childhood and from our traditions!
