A Cooking Class with Chef Roberta! She, like myself, has a period of living abroad (China). Since her return after Covid, she has worked in various restaurants and events in Apulia. During her immersive cooking classes, she reveals many of the teachings passed on by her grandmother and mother.
It is quite amazing to experience her talent for finding regional products and to witness all the secrets and tastes from her childhood and from our traditions! Ask her to show you a photo of her grandmother and herself. I adore her chops and also her vegetables, broad beans, and chicory. After talking to her, you will also be able to discover many other things and create a dish with some typical recipes that you may have discovered whilst preparing your trip.
