Be guests of the Artisan Cheese Dairy of Ostuni, founded by Paolo and Marisa together with their children.
You will be welcomed by Rossana with sufficient plates so that you can taste pieces of mozzarella, burratina and ricotta which, literally, have just been made in front of your eyes.
As visits are only possible in the morning at 9:30 we recommend that you skip breakfast. It will be worth your while!
Visits last a maximum of 35 minutes, so please be punctual.
